Bio

I made this journal because I'm about to turn twenty and I'm determined to make my twenties better than my teens. I have a lot of really bad eating (and other) habits that I'm trying to work through over this summer...and for life. This summer I want to keep a log of my transformation, and I'm hoping my determination and changes can help motivate others. I also hope to use this journal as a means of gaining support from others.
